Do not miss the Cous Cous Fest, the international event dedicated to the main dish of the Mediterranean countries, which takes place in San Vito Lo Capo in September, now in its 23rd edition. International chefs compete by proposing "variations on the theme" of couscous that combine tradition with new gastronomic concepts, in a week full of cultural and entertainment events.
